Chessel Blackquill is a librarian and scholar of the Cleric's Guild of Aesry. Was involved in the events leading up to the re-opening of the Cleric's Guildhall on M'riss.

Grew up as a hoodlum on the lower tiers of Ratha. The gang broke up following the arrest and conscription of Cluff, the gang's leader. This, along with woman problems involving Authun, led him to Aesry, where he became a librarian. As a Cleric, he tended to neglect the magical aspects of his training in favor of physical combat.
